Why is there a number in my page title?

Hi, I have this weird thing in my page title. There is a number like this in it, instead of a normal title: (1)

I have no idea why it is there and how to fix it:(

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to offer you some assistance. It’s tough to tell for sure without a link to your shop, however, this looks like the notification for a welcome message. Do you have a chat feature in your shop? If so, try visiting your shop from another browser and clicking on your welcome message that pops up, does the (1) disappear? If so, this is intended so your customers/visitors are aware there is an active message they can look at.
