Don’t worry about it. Those spikes will not create any issues with your website. Shopify infrastructure is solid. By the way, it is certainly annoying to see those numbers in your stats that are probably caused by some bots. Unfortunately, there’s not much you can do to filter it from Shopify report…

Here we are two days later and I’m still getting 10’s of thousands of “sessions” per day from Singapore. On the 12th of May it peaked at 64K “sessions” in one day. Can you assure me that it is not affecting my site? I would appreciate a more technical answer. What is the point of opening thousand…

Never got an answer, never got an explanation of what’s going on. Yes, the sessions stopped a week or so later. They don’t care.
