Why is there missing data in my Google Analytics conversions?

I was looking to my GA data and seens like im loosing more than a half of my conversions data.. Like 90k paid orders and on GA shows only 12K paid orders. So my question is:
1- Its normal Google ads account and Google Analytics don’t get exacly my paid orders data?

2- If is, how much is acceptable this variation of my data?

90K paid order and just showing 12k, seems like a tracking issue for sure.
