Other people’s stores with Sense theme seem to have SALE badges on their product pages. How can I turn that feature on? I have a discounted product on my store yet no sale badge appears. Thanks

The sale badge is there. You have chosen conflicting colours hence you are not seeing it. Please change the colors here and then it will show.
