Hi, @MPWIGS90 .

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your store URL, I would be happy to offer you some ideas. I really enjoyed looking through your shop, you have a fun design with some great-looking products. That said, I do have a few suggestions that may amplify your shop a bit more. To start, I would recommend adding a logo to your shop to help personalize your brand:

We even offer a free logo-making tool that you can utilize here if you are curious. I would also recommend adding an “About Us” section to your shop, either at the footer or in your main-menu area or both:

You can use an About page to tell the story of your business to your customers and help them connect to your brand. Feel free to check out our guide that talks about writing About pages here, for more information. You may also want to add these pages to your main menu as they seem like important information for your customers to know about your products. An idea would be to create a new menu item and call it something like “How to” so your customers know where to look for any instructions they may need.

You mentioned that you are trying to get some more traffic to your shop, I can certainly understand this as many first-time shop owners struggle with this. There are alternative routes you can take to Facebook advertising if you are struggling with getting that set up, however, I would recommend trying to reach out to Facebook support if you are able, to look into that further.

I would recommend checking out our handy traffic guide here, for some further tips. It walks through 20-low cost ideas for gaining more traffic to your store. It walks through important questions you should be asking yourself about your website, such as:

  • Is this a good product? A “good product” means that it’s good enough for your audience and passes their implicit cost benefit-analysis.
  • Is there a large target market? A market is a group of people already spending money on something. Are people buying the same type of product?
  • Is there an addressable target market? An addressable market is a group of people with visible shared qualities, already spending money on something. Is there a market segment you can focus on?
  • Is there a great product story and/or compelling copy? You might have a clear “why” for the product in contrast to competitors, but you need to translate that pitch to compelling web copy. Does your product pitch resonate with them enough to purchase?
  • Is there a low-cost way to reach this audience? The goal should be to keep customer acquisition costs low. Are there multiple ways you can reach potential customers?

Then the guide goes on to break down some tools you can utilize to start bringing in more traffic.

I hope some of these ideas are beneficial to you moving forward, please do not hesitate to reach back out here with any questions!

Omg This is bomb. I so much appreciate
