Why is VAT not displaying for Spain in my EU online store?

Hello everyone,

My company operate in EU, and the store destination is in Barcelona, Spain. I sell in this following countries :

  1. Spain
  2. France
  3. Italy
  4. Germany
  5. Belgium
  6. Netherlands
  7. portugal

and this is one I do so far with the VAT set up :

  1. enable all the countries that I want to include tax

  2. in Product information, enable “Charge tax in this product”

  3. Set up how I going to charge tax as following photo :

when I check on my online store, every countries show the price include tax which is working fine. however, in Spain, the display price is not showing the price that include VAT.

Please help ASAP, it’s urgent!

I want to include VAT in the display price however it’s not applied to all the country that I selected.

  • is Shopify payment enabled?

  • do you use VAT exclusive or inclusive pricing?
