I have a customer who said she used Shop Pay to pay her invoice, yet it’s not showing up as paid. Did she do something wrong or didn’t actually pay? I have other customers who used Shop Pay around the same time and their payments went through. Need advice…

I’d love to look into this for you. Do you mind providing more information about the order so I can properly investigate? I specifically need to know the following:
- if the order in question is found in your Orders page:
- the status of the order
- any significant detail in the order timeline
- if the order is found in your Orders > Abandoned checkouts page
- any significant detail in the payment events
