Why isn't a paid order showing up in my pending list?

A client ordered but did not reflect on our pending order list. Her details was just under customers with 0 purchase. Upon checking, payment was captured from our end. Please investigate.

Do you know whether the customer received an order confirmation email? It would also be helpful to know which payment provider was used for the order and whether there are any apps installed on your store that work with order fulfillment.

  • Which payment provider was used for the order?
  • Are any apps installed on your store that connect to your orders / process order fulfillment?
