I have an order that was placed by a client June 4th, the payment was made using Afterpay I can see that the payment was successful and I delivered the items, I figured the payout would be in a few days as it usually happens however it’s been over a week and I’m not able to see the funds been credited or pay to my store 
… please help with some guidance.

For payouts, it can take up to 10 days depending on your location. I would advise if after this 10 day period you still do not have the payout to reach out to our live support team for their advice.

Hi I’m having the same problem & when i reached out to Shopify support this morning the advisor (Alice) told me i had to contact AfterPay & they pay the money for the transaction to me. When I said that’s not how it has been historically & that Shopify has always paid it out to me she said I was wrong! ? A frustrating conversation that went nowhere…

As Afterpay is considered to be a third-party payment provider, they would have their own way of getting funds from your customer to you. Due to to this, you will want to connect with their support team for clarification on retrieving any missing payouts. At this stage it’s not missing it is just sitting in my store… Today is day 10 it hasn’t taken this long to be paid out before.

Thank you for your reply! Are you using Shopify Payments? If so, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further help with this. However, if you are using AfterPay, you will need to contact them as we do not have access to the money with them.
