I have listed my products, linked my domain and everything is showing live but when I go to buy my product the Apple Pay or credit card won’t work (no issue with bank cards)
what else do I need to do in the listing so people can buy the products ? Where do I link my bank account etc.
do I need the $89 plan? I have the basic ?

That can have quite a few reasons but it does depend on the plan. Can you share the URL of your store please?

I have managed to process a sale (bought my own product) it was an issue with shipping fee that I had ! Now I cannot figure out how to extract the money. I have the email saying “you can now get paid just add bank details etc) but how to I add the payout account ? It keeps sending me to a page to get the app but I’m working from inside the app.

I’m glad to hear your initial query has been resolved. I understand that you’re trying to receive funds to your bank account however, you’d like assistance with adding your bank account details.
In order to edit your bank account information, please follow the steps listed below.
Edit bank account information:
- Within your Shopify admin, head to Settings > Payments.
- In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage.
- Under Payout account in the Payout details section, click Change bank account.
- Enter your account information, then click Save.
If you require further assistance or run into any issues with editing your bank account information, please create a support request via the Shopify Help Center.

Thank you! I just tried that but as soon as I click Shopify admin it just tells me to download the app …. But I am in the app doing this. Also tried on safari.

However, since you’ve tried on a different browser and are still experiencing issues, it will be best to contact our support team. Once authenticated, our support team will be able to walk you through the process of adding payout bank account details in order to receive payments.
To speed up the process, I’ll share the steps below on how to contact Shopify Support.
- Navigate to the Shopify Help Center and log in to your store
- Select a topic from the ones provided
- Depending on what you’ve selected, you may have to select a subtopic on the following page
- Once selected, scroll down to Get Support to view our available support options
