Why isn't Apple Pay showing up on my iPhone or Safari?

Hi

Apple Pay is showing to be activated in my settings. However, when we check it on an iphone or in safari, there is no option to pay with Apple Pay. I understands I am not alone in experiencing difficulty here. I need urgent assistance please

If the issue still persists, please try to refresh your browser, clear cache and cookies, and go into private and incognito mode. Let us know if the problem persists after these steps.

Thanks for your response. The Apple Pay option is STILL not showing in my store. I manage a store for another business too, and their Apple option is indeed back on now. Is there perhaps an ongoing issue with new accounts? I cant open my business, until I am able to offer Apple Pay.

Were you able to try the troubleshooting steps listed in our response above? May need to do a reboot from the previous outage.

I also recommend trying to visit your website using a different Apple device to see if Apple Pay becomes an option at checkout.

Yes, we tried everything, and its still not showing as a payment option

I think I have solved one problem, but realised another. It seems that by deleting the discount code, Apple Pay now work. However, I need to be offering friends and family a 20% discount. How can this issue be resolved?

Are you able to share more about what you are seeing on your end about Apple Pay and the discount code? Any information that you can share will help myself and other contributors get a better understanding on what you are experiencing on your end.
