Shopify is not giving me the option to continue with CARTR without choosing a subscription plan which we already have. This is not allowing the CARTR cart to appear on our Switcher live stream. Our account is linked and the products are created but nothing showing up on Switcher.

Have you already been in touch with Cartr to see if they can confirm that your subscription is active?
Our scope of support may be limited since this is a third-party app, but we’re happy to take a look if you get in touch via the Shopify Help Center. If our team isn’t able to determine why the subscription hasn’t registered, we can put you in touch with Cartr via email. Alternatively, you can contact them directly through the Support section of their app store listing page, or under the Apps > Get support in your admin.
