Hi guys, so I added clear pay to my site 2 days ago and wondered why the service hasn’t been used, some guy messages me saying that clear pay wasn’t working so i checked it out myself and had the same issue. when pressing the pay now button after selecting clear pay at checkout it takes you to a clear pay page and says “There was a problem processing your payment.” Does anyone know if this is an issue on my side? or on clear pays side? or has anyone had this issue before?
Just to confirm i do not have clear pay on test mode.

As ClearPay is considered to be a third-party payment provider, the best thing you can do is connect with them directly. Their support team can take a closer look into the error to ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
