Hi Shopify team,
I have free shipping set on my store for orders over $100, both domestic and international. However, when I try to put a test order in for above $100, I still get charged with shipping (that’s not even the same price that I set in my shipping settings).
Screenshots are attached below for reference.
Please let me know what we can do to correct this, as it’s turning off customers for proceeding forward with their purchases!
Hello, there is no screenshot displayed.
How was the free shipping discount created?
Oops, thanks for letting me know. I have attached the screenshots now!
Did you create the free shipping discount code?
Please refer to the third screenshot image provided, I had set the free shipping from the Shopify settings, not as a code.
Hi, @zappowkerplunk .
From your screenshots, it looks like the rate names from your Shopify admin doesn’t match with the rate name on your storefront’s checkout. Are the shipping rates from your Shopify admin taken from the General shipping rates section?
If that is the case, you can check if you also have any other shipping rates set up as shipping profiles by going to Settings > Shipping and delivery > Click on Manage within the Custom shipping rates box. If you have a shipping rate called ‘Australia & New Zealand Flat Rate’ under your shipping profile, this means that the products on checkout belong within a shipping profile. If you’d like to move the products to the General shipping profile, you can click ‘X’ next to the desired product and save your selection. From there, the product will then belong within the General shipping profile.
