We have free shipping for orders over $50 on our site, but there are occasions where the free shipping discount doesn’t apply even though the order is over $50. Can someone offer any ideas as to why this is happening? Here is a link to the store: https://taytools.com/
I have confirmed this glitch with these two product SKUs:
774410 & 469614
It only seems to be this combination of products that causes the glitch, as I have added other products and the free shipping appears. There doesn’t seem to be an obvious reason for this to happen, any insight that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated!
Your shipping profiles are what immediately comes to mind as a potential cause for this. It’s very likely you have a group of products that fall into a Shipping profile that includes the free shipping rate. Whereas those two products SKU’s you mentioned potentially belong to a second shipping profile and/or are excluded from the first shipping profile. Which would explain why a rate for free shipping is not displaying for those particular products.

I did notice that we have a profile that did not have the free shipping included on it and it just so happens that profile had items that were in the cart. I think this is resolved! Much appreciated!
Hi there, I have a situation where I’m applying the exact same items in my cart, but when I am purchasing through mobile, the free shipping option does not apply (the Economy, 5 to 8 business days,Free option only appears on the website but not the mobile checkout). Same items, same shipping address. Can someone help?
