Great job on setting up your shipping settings so far. I understand that you are still having issues as your free shipping over $50 rate is still being charged to some customers. It’s likely that your shipping rate is not being applied to locations. To check this, you can head over to your Shopify admin and navigate to Orders > Abandoned checkouts and select the orders that did not offer the free shipping option. Keep in mind the customer locations of these checkouts, and confirm that they are all domestic. Then, head over to your Shopify admin and navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery and ensure that your shipping zones and rates are applied.
