Are there any errors in the Coverage section of the Google Search Console?
Try to Manually request the indexing.
Log into to GSC > at the very top, in the Search Field, type in your website “https://we.surf” > Once the page processes, click on Request Indexing.
Also, you could try resubmitting the sitemap once again.
