I was doing some digging earlier into some additional support requests regarding this issue, and it appears that this error is sort of a ‘blanket error’ for a couple of different things, which could range from ISPs blocking the URL, or simply needing a refresh from our side. The context you’re able to provide us should help us look into what next steps are best here!
If you DO have any trouble accessing Linkpop via your admin, try using this link here to login. Using this URL, and then double-checking the Linkpop settings and ensuring that things are set up as needed, as led to this error being resolved for some, so I’d love for it to do the trick for you here!

It worked 1 week before. I didn’t change anything, and it stopped working.
Meaning nobody can see my shop. It worked back later, without me changing
anything.
So, with so poor reliability, I’d better use the direct link to my shop
instead of using link pop.
So problem is solved: I won’t use it again
