Why isn't my 10 digit login code arriving in my email?

I logged into my account after three months and it won’t let me log in without a ten digit code that’s not being sent to my email. I even checked my spam/junk. I also tried reseting my password, but that email isn’t being sent either.

Looking into this, if you are not receiving your code - you will need to reach out to our support by navigating to our Contact Us page. If you are unable to successfully login, you can select the option to Continue without logging in and you will be directed to the Help Center.
