my account been for 3 months and I am not receiving the codes to verifry account. I reached out for support with no success.

I am in the same position and it has been 4 weeks since there was communication from Shopify despite many attempts to contact them. This is costing us money in lost sales.

If you’re unable to receive the email containing the recovery code for logging into your store, the best course of action is to get in touch with our support team as we’ll need to investigate why you’re not receiving the email. I understand you have already done this. What was the advice given by the support advisor you spoke with?
I was unable to access my store account and was told someone would reach out to me to further assist me.
