Hello! I’m trying to verify my Shopify account but it keeps telling me that ‘‘some of your information could not be verified, to continue using Shopify Payments you need to upload additional documents’’. The thing is that I’ve already uploaded everything I could such as proof of residency, electrical bills, bills on my rent, and other signed papers but nothing happens. Shopify also tells me that ‘‘Your Shopify Payments are on hold, your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify Payments’’ and ‘‘Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold your Shopify Payments account needs to be verified. You can still make sales while your payouts are on hold’’ I just really want to get started but it’s difficult when my account is just kinda stuck in this weird stage where I can’t do anything.
