I’m having a techinical problem. Basically the add to cart button fucntion. I have upload file options for my product, both image and audio files. Teh image files can be uploaded and added to cart with no issue, but the audio files, although uloading do not let me add to cart when the button is pressed. Is this a common problem? The app I’m using is uploadkit. There is no issue with the uploading part, just adding the audio files with the add cart button.
I also used a sticky add to add to cart and was able to add to cart this way, (I since deleted this) I really dont the doubled up look of it and just want to correct the problem with the original add to cart button.
This is rather tricky. All I can tell is, there’s an HTML element that is on top of your “Add to Cart” button on that product. Its positioning even adapts to the inputs/interactions you do with the UploadKit app. We could easily hack our way into removing/hiding that but that’s bad practice.
Weird thing is, it’s working on the other items, as you’ve mentioned. Tested and saw the same.
Perhaps there’s some more settings on UploadKit that you can fiddle with like checking the file types accepted-- you may only be accepting image files. Could be part of the app’s validation process.
You could also reach out to UploadKit’s devs and point this out to them. They may be able to help you out better.
