Why isn't my anchor link scrolling to the desired page section?

ive tried to put a anchor link in the ‘whats the difference button’ on the top of this page: https://shop.myedspace.co.uk/products/course

i want it to scroll down to the block where it says " Our plans are tailored to your needs" and breaks up the standard and pro - can someone help.

@oworor It is working fine when I scroll to “what’s different” it goes to “our plan”, what is the issue please explain.
