I’d be happy to help you with this. What payment gateway are you using on your store currently? Not all gateways support Apple Pay and you will want to make sure that Apple Pay is selected within the settings of the payment gateway as well.
If Apple Pay is enabled on your store, where are you expecting to see it but are not? All accelerated payment options should be visible on the first page of the checkout.
If you are using the dynamic checkout buttons on your product pages, then the accelerated checkout option will only show for users using a supported device/browser and who have used Apple Pay before.
