Hi! I run a monthly subscription service, I’ve tried to add a 15% discount to the first month of one of our plans, however, it doesn’t seem to be working/showing up at checkout. Is anyone able to help please?

It’s difficult to know what might not be working for you here without taking a closer look at your store. Can you double check all the settings you set are correct and as you want them and then test it again? If you want, can you share the URL and what it takes for the automatic discount and I can see if it works for me too?
Shopify has a YouTube tutorial for automatic discounts and a help guide here. Just to make sure you didn’t miss anything when setting the discount up.
