Why isn't my bank card working when signing up for my plan?

My bank card isn’t working, it does else where just not when I’m signing up for my plan, any ideas

Can I ask if you have seen any error messages after trying to add the payment method? If so, what does it entail? Have you tried using an alternative payment method like PayPal instead?

Check the following possibilities:

  • Your payment method might be rejected if you aren’t using a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.

  • If you use a debit card, then it must be co‑branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. You can’t use debit cards that are not co‑branded.

  • Your credit card needs to allow for recurring payments in USD.

  • Your credit card needs to have international capabilities.
