This is an issue we faced a few times. Some users are not able to click out embed shopify buttons on our website. Most use android devices but a few people with iphones faced the same issue. They used different browsers and it happens once in every few weeks for different products. We can’t really see a pattern. We always use the embed feature with showit, works for most of the people. Any idea what could we do to get rid of the issue?

I’ve looked into this and I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my Apple devices, it worked even in the Facebook app’s browser.
However, when I tried it out on desktop in mobile view I noticed that the Buy button opened a new window. This could lead to another round of research and I found this older thread:
It basically says that opening a new window is not supported by most of the app’s browsers, like FB. (this was 2019)
Basically the recommended workaround is to change the Buy button’s setting to redirect the user in the same tab. I haven’t used this solution yet, but feel free to reach out to me if you need any help.
