We have a buy button channel we embed into another site. The button functions correctly, adds to cart, and checkout is fine.
The trouble is that the cart doesn’t display any of the discounts that are applied. We offer a heavy volume discount.
This worked fine until three weeks ago. Cart looked like this:
Now I absolutely cannot replicate this behavior. To my knowledge, no changes were made to the store.
What am I missing? I just don’t know this backend well enough to troubleshoot, and the buy button seems to confuse everybody I ask to look at it.
