Why isn't my 'buy x get y free' discount code working?

Hi All,

I have problem to get “buy x get y” available for my customer, I think there is no issue in setting but I don’t know why it’s not working, can you guys help me to find out the reason? Thanks a lot!

My website is www.gransnotes.com, the discount code is V1QACX49R9J8.

Below is what I did with the setting.

When I do setting, it says that the code is not valid.
