you have easy to do this can you please go tot theme customization >>> theme setting >>> checkout >>> and select option left to center
great and sorry checkout page more customization allow only for shopify plus plan but your case its basic can you please contact Shopify Support
Having the same issue. It has nothing to do with Shopify Plus, it seems like a bug on Shopify’s side. There are more threads with this problem. Logo’s position is set to center in settings, but it is aligned to the left. It worked previously and it still sometimes shows correctly centered, but more often it is on the left side.

We are having the same issue. Was there a change made on the Shopify side? This was not happening previously. I noticed it is also not centered on mobile and I have selected centered in our theme settings.

@CDLC Yes, I contacted support. It is a bug on their side with a new checkout they’re testing as it happens only on the “new” checkout with URL in format /checkouts/c. The old checkout on URL with numbers behind your domain is working correctly. They opted me out from the test until it’s fixed.

I’m still having the problem with Shopify 2.0 Impulse theme
But now, the logo isn’t aligned left, it is off center a bit, just annoying enough to notice
