Checkout preview not available. Why is that happening? Any ideas?

I understand that youâre seeing an error message stating the checkout preview is not available. Rest assured, Iâll do my best to help identify the issue and resolution.
To gain a bit more insight here, could you share what product youâre trying to purchase and if this is happening with all products? For a better visibility, can you also share what link youâre using and how you generated the link?
Could you confirm the following:
- If the product is published to the Online Store sales channel. You can check for this within your Shopify admin > Products section and select the product in question. Under Product status > SALES CHANNELS AND APPS > Manage and ensure that Online Store is selected.
- If youâre using a URL that is on your storeâs domain, and not a preview link.

thank you for your response. My business is print on demand services and currently iâm waiting for the free trial to expire and start a basic plan. Here is the link for my products list. I just checked the settings and everything looks fine. https://stampholic.myshopify.com/admin/products?selectedView=all
I noticed that the setback is link to the âpayoutâ. Since me or a customer for example presses the button âbuy it nowâ there is a page popping up with the message âcheckout isnât available in previewâ. https://9wd8qiibbjsv063l-61932437682.shopifypreview.com/?fbclid=IwAR1FtcR5VYdK2P4N1HD4F9rqyM4rAG62uUL1-LFlhi9hRZ-_Iiw2ggXT4Hs â Here you can check it yourself too. It doesnât happen either to only one of the products, but each one of them.
I would be really grateful if there was a solution.

For the first link you shared, we donât have access to accounts or account-specific information so we are unable to continue with the link. With the 2 other links youâve shared, youâre not able to preview your checkout using a preview link. It would need to be a URL that is on your storeâs domain.
Could you try following these steps to preview your checkout:
- Head to your Online Store > Themes section and click Actions > Preview next to the theme.
- Proceed to checkout and youâll then be able to access your checkout in the preview theme.
