Why isn't my CNAME and A Record setup working?

Hi all,

I have followed CNAME and A Record instructions but they don’t seem to work, please help me have a look at the screenshot below.

Does anyone know what is happening here?

Ivy here from Shopify.

Can I ask which third party host this domain has been purchased via? You appear to have the correct settings applied for your third party domain to “point” to your store i.e Your A record is set to 23.227.38.65 and your CNAME is shops.myshopify.com. You can read about how to go about editing these settings, and details on third party domain connection here. Often when you make a change on the third party domain DNS settings, it can take up to 48 hours for these changes to reflect. How much time has passed since you edited these settings?

One thing to double check is that you do not have two or more different A records assigned to this domain - often a different IP address can be assigned to A record beginning with www. than to the one without www. Double check and ensure that there is only a single A record, and it points to 23.227.38.65 only. Once you are certain all these settings are correct, it is just a case of waiting the 48 hours. If after this you are still experiencing some trouble please do let me know so we can take a deeper look into this!
