Why isn't my collaborator access working on my client's store?

Hey,

I logged into a client store as a collaborator but cannot access or use anything.

The page doesn’t display anything either.

Anyone knows how to resolve this?

Please ask the store owner to let you access the section you need.

Exactly is the permission of the collaborator account; the store owner does not permit you to access any section of their store.
