Why isn't my collection image appearing on my website?

My collection image doesn’t show up on my website…

Hi

I have the same issue. The collection is there but now says “slide image” with no image showing. What can I do please?

Hi Ketan.

I have the same Issue The collection is there but now says “slide image” with no image showing. Can you help me, please?

Tried lowering the size
Change it to JPEG to PNG
Clear Cache
RE upload it
Duplicate some other product then change the info

Still the same
