A user’s collection is not appearing on their online store. The GemPages support team identified the issue: collections need to be manually enabled to become visible.
Solution provided:
- Navigate to the collection admin panel
- Click on “Collection availability” → “Manage”
- Enable the collection for it to display on the storefront
A screenshot was shared to illustrate the online store settings where this configuration can be adjusted. This appears to be a common visibility setting that needs to be activated for new or existing collections.

Collection is only visible when you enable online store setting:
