In Shopify Admin, go to Online Store > Themes and then click the green “Customize” button.
On the home page preview, click on the link to the collections page. It should open the collections page in the theme editor.
On the left, my site has “Header”, “Collections List Page”, and “Footer”. If you have another thing in there, such as “Product List Page”, remove that and see if it fixes the issue.
Earlier when I looked at your Collections page, the individual items were above the collection listing, and now they’re above it, so you must have done something.
However, if you are still having problems and the theme customizer isn’t working for you, you might have to edit the code directly. Go back to your Shopify admin, click Online Store > Themes, then under the Actions menu, click Duplicate (to back up your store theme in case something breaks), then click “Edit code”.
Once there, you’ll want to check out Templates > collection.liquid, Sections > collection-template.liquid, and Snippets > collection-template.liquid
If you’re not familiar with or not comfortable editing the code of your store, you may want to reach out to a Shopify expert or the developer of your theme.
I’m not able to replicate this issue on my end. Can you provide me with an example? When I click the ‘Keychains’ text shown in your top menu, it successfully takes me to that collection and displays all of your keychain products.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
