I tried to reach out chat system but Shopify didn’t direct me, so I am asking help here
When I put my test order, I didn’t receive confirmation email on my end. I could confirm under the product section that email has been triggered, but I haven’t received it.
Thank you for posting! I hope your day is going well. I understand you are not receiving your order notifications. I know it may seem obvious, however, have you checked your junk/spam folder?
If you have not already, another way to test emails is to head to Settings > Notifications > Order Confirmation and send a test notification to another email you have access to. If there is still an issue, we will need to do some additional testing on our end.

Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ You will then be able to select the Chat option.
