My Contact Form is not sending out the email. I have checked spam (it’s not there). I have the correct email as I am receiving emails from every other aspect on the website, just not from folks submitting the Contact Form.
Email forwarding is fine, It’s the Contact Form that has the problem.
I see many others have the same problem, but I don’t see the fix in any of the “Resolved” replies. Seems like SHOPIFY would have this bug fixed by now!
I’ve just tested your form and there doesn’t seem to be any problem with your front end.
I’m sure you’ve seen this community forum post, but don’t just read the resolution. Read all the messages, there is someone helping people out, including store owners using outlook.com emails.
Thanks. So you’re suggesting I read through every post until I find a solution? I’ve read through many of these before sending my request for help as I’m not finding a solution. My email is via outlook.com. Where or who do I contact for help? I’m very new to Shopify but with so many having the same issues seems this should be easier to find a solution, I keep keep searching. Thanks ml
there is no one solution that fits all, so you could try the different suggestions there. It’s most likely not a Shopify problem, but a problem with your domain host
