Why isn't my contact form sending test emails?

Hello my contact form is not working, if i send a test email ill dont receive anything. ill use zoho mail as my “support” mail. i use dawn theme and contact form is already in it

I share with you a possible solution:

  1. Check again your email settings for any typos that you might missed.
  2. Try testing your email configuration maybe by sending a Test email from your Zoho account, that could be useful.
  3. Go to your spam folder and look for the test mail.
  4. Try contacting Zoho support for more information and further assitance.

I installed a new app and got a mail to my zoho mail so it seems like something not working with the contact formular email should be fine. do i need to add the mail somewhere to get the formular working? i have it set as my shop mail and to send mails

anyone got a idea for a fix?
