I was testing out how my checkout process would go, and I noticed after I put in my contact information the button “Continue to shipping” is not working.
We are currently experiencing the same issue on our live store and the systems says there are no outages.

This evening, Shopify received reports of users being unable to complete checkout when entering a phone number only in the field Email or mobile phone number, and as a result, are unable to select the Continue to shipping button. Our developers are aware of the issue and are actively working towards a resolution. I will update this thread once we receive confirmation that the issue has been resolved.

I’m facing the same issue right now! Not sure what is going on ! I tried to update the Theme to the newest version and the issue persists. The click on the Continue to Shipping button doesn’t take any action! Looking to the source code it is a HTML submit button without any form or javascript call. Please help to solve it ASAP, it is my first publishing a e-commerce site on Shopify

Could you provide more insight on the following:
- What theme are you using?
- Can you share your store URL?
- Have you tried clicking the Continue to shipping button on different devices and browsers?
- Have there been any changes made to your theme code?
- To troubleshoot, have you tried previewing your store in a fresh Shopify-powered theme or rolling back your theme code to see if the issue persists?

For me the button "continue to shipping doesn’t appear even, its only possible to pay with paypal, i dont know why
