Why isn't my Dawn RTL setting taking effect on my new store?

Hello ,

Just launched a new store. tried to set Dawn as RTL( add dir=“rtl” and theme.liquid file). save && reload site.

I did not see any effect. what am I missing here?

Regarding your concern to add the RTL to the Dawn theme .Please add the code below and follow the instructions

Step1: Online store > Themes > Edit code > theme.liquid

Step2: find the <html and add the code like this dir=“rtl” on the code section <html class=“no-js” lang=“{{ request.locale.iso_code }}” dir=“rtl”>.

I got a reply from shopify’s support that Dawn theme is not really RTL supported.

Can you confirm it ?
