Why isn't my Debut theme contact form functioning properly?

Hi, I am using Debut theme and powered with Pagefly for page building. But on my page: https://tropernic.com/pages/contact-us

you could not get the contact content that was submitted, why ? and how could I fix it ?

To confirm, did you build this form via a page in your Shopify admin by following these steps? If so, all of your contact form submissions will be sent to the 'Sender email address’ that’s set up in the ‘Settings > General’ section of your Shopify admin. Check out this help document for more details on this.

However, if you built this contact form through PageFly instead, then I recommend reaching out to the PageFly app developers directly to discuss where you can find contact submissions from your customers. To get in touch with these developers, just follow the steps listed here.

This is PageFly - Advanced Page Builder. I’ve just checked the page and there are some things I need to show you:

  • The page is not made by PageFly, it’s the default page of your store.
  • I can still submit it successfully
  • If it’s the contact form, please check the data via the email you set up: Shopify admin > Settings > Sender email; If it’s the Customer form, you can check the data in the Customers section of Shopify admin
  • In the future, If you build the form with PageFly, please remember to check our video tutorial.
