I’m selling PDFs though the digital downloads app. When a customer purchases, they receive a link on the checkout page as well as an email with the link. Both links are loading a blank webpage. It is doing this for all customers and they are unable to access the PDF. What should I look at to resolve this?

You should remember that if you have problems with a purchased app you have to always contact app developers. They will audit your store and app and let you know if there are problems with their app and they have to fix that. Maybe there is another Shopify app on your store that causes issues due to incompatibility with this app or with your store.
