Is there a solution for the discount codes not working? I have read through many posts about this issue and have tried multiple things mentioned but I still can’t get it to work. I have rechecked all the parameters I put in place and the site says the discount is active but when I test it, it says Enter a Valid discount code. Please help!
Have you checked the dates set for the code? Have you cut and paste the code so you get the format right? Alternatively have you also tried the special link for the code to see if that works?
I would need to look at the setup to advise further, can you do screenshots?

I did check the dates. I added an end date and that made it work. All the help information never mentions that there HAS to be an end date for the discounts to work so that should definitely be included in the help section. It looks like the end date is optional and it apparently is not.
