Hello, I’ve created a discount with the x and y code. I’ve tried to make a mock checkout to see if it’s working before I advertise to my customers. It comes up with an error code, the items in my cart don’t qualify! I’ve made sure I made the code right! How can I rectify this? Thanks K.
EDIT : So I’ve just figured this out! In the customer buys section I put 2, where I should have put 1!
I assumed that this section ment the customer had to put 2 in thier cart to qualify!
Problem solved and much frustration lifted
