Why isn't my discount code working for specific customers?

We’re facing an issue with customer eligibility discounts. A discount code assigned to a specific customer segment is being used by others who are not part of the segment. Despite thorough troubleshooting, we haven’t been able to resolve this. We’ve also noticed similar concerns raised on community boards. Could you assist us in addressing this problem?
