Why isn't my discount code working on selected products?

Hello, I am currently running the issue with my website : anzu-meat-factory.myshopify.com

The discount code of

  • SGD 15.00 off all products

Once I apply to the selected products and it shows up “This discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart.”
Please help to support, because this one is happening with real users.

All-in-one marketing platform Growave is here. Here are some suggestions regarding your issue. I hope it would help.

  1. Make sure your discount has the status “ACTIVE”
  2. Make sure products in the basket are applicable to discount. You can set discounts to the following product categories. (All products, Specific collections, Specific products )
  3. In case you set Minimum requirements for discount, check whether your customer reached it.
  4. Make sure the Usage limit of the discount was not set.
  5. Check the Active dates of your discount.

But i think the reason which you mentioned, that is incorrect.
Because most of our users still can apply discount code.
But somehow some users face the issue

Hope you are doing well.

You can contact Shopify support here to solve your query: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat

In the meantime your issue is solved you can use the iCart app to apply the discount code on the cart page or you can create the discount(automatic, manual) in-app as well.

Also, I have seen that the product in the screenshot shared by you is Sold out, so I guess because of that customers(who have added the products before and then abandoned the checkout) are not able to apply the discount code.
