In regards to your domain, could you advise if there are any error messages next to your domain? Oftentimes, if the domain verification email is not sent, you’ll see Action Required next to your domain. You’ll need to resend the verification email in order to verify your domain.

I’ll share the step-by-step process below to verify your domain within your Shopify admin.

Resend domain verification email:

  • Navigate to your Shopify admin, Settings > Domain section and select the domain in question.
  • Once the domain is selected, you should see a drop-down menu labelled Domain settings.
  • Select Edit contact information.
  • You’ll need to edit the email address to an inbox you currently have access to, at which time the verification email will be resent.
