My Shopify store link has been down for several days for some unknown reason. I have checked Shopify’s sever status and they have not had any issues so I’m afraid this is a separate issue of its own.
My Shopify store link is ette-kids.myshopify.com. Each time I visit it, it displays:
"There was a problem loading this website.Try refreshing the page.
If the site still doesn’t load, please try again in a few minutes."
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and support.

I can also confirm that there are no reports of similar issues so it seems to be related to your store. In this case, we’ll need to access your account in order to gather more information.
