Why isn't my edited footer image showing up?

I HAVE EDITED MY FOOTER, BUT THE CHANGES ARE NOT VISIBLE. I HAVE ADDED MY LOGO IMAGE IN THE FOOTER BUT WHEN I AM TRYING TO VIEW THE CHANGES I HAVE MADE ITS NOT VISIBLE

Thank you for sharing this, can you please share any screenshots where you’re adding the image to the footer? On your store, I don’t find any image as you stated.

I HAVE SHARED 2 IMAGES, THE ABOVE ONE SHOWS THE ONE I WANT

AND THE BELOW ONE IS THE PAGE WHICH IS CURRENTLY VISIBLE (WHICH I DONT WANT)

I checked you’re using the Dawn theme, and if you’re using this then if you add the image on the footer then it should show up like this in the picture.

After edit:

Please make sure you save the files in customizer before checking and leaving, thank you.

Okay, but on my website their is no image at all showing in my footer. Please suggest the solution

Hello @DHRUVEN , you can easily achieve this, simply add one Image and then below the Brand information block. Then add the required image and the Brand information on theme settings under “Brand information”. Please don’t forget to save the settings and it should look the same as you mentioned above.

If this does not show as mentioned then please hire an expert who can check and fix that for you.
